Role of a Board Member
Board of Directors members play an important part in keeping McConnell’s Trace a welcoming, and well-maintained community.
Responsibilities include:
- Attend Monthly Meetings - Participate in one board meeting each month to discuss community needs, projects, and decisions.
- Enforce Deed Restrictions - Help ensure neighborhood standards are followed to protect property values and maintain the character of our community.
- Host & Support Neighborhood Events - Work with neighbors to plan and support community events that bring residents together and strengthen our neighborhood connections.

Election Timeline
- Applications Due - Friday, October 15
- Application Review - All applications will be posted to the website for association member review. You can request copies be mailed to you by contacting Association Management Services at 859-317-5715.
- Election Date - Saturday, October 18, at 5:30 PM during the McConnell's Trace Annual Meeting at the Trailwood Clubhouse. (Trunk or Treat will follow at 6:00 PM).
